These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afterall mobile application (the "App"), operated by Clickspace Interactive Inc. ("Afterall," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (18 in most Canadian provinces) to use Afterall. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Afterall is currently available to residents of Canada only.
Afterall is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you understand your spending, set savings goals, and track your finances based on data from your connected bank account.
Afterall is not:
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. If you need professional financial advice, consult a licensed advisor.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your Afterall password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at will@clickspace.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
Afterall uses Flinks Technology Inc. ("Flinks"), a third-party open banking provider, to retrieve data from your financial institution. By connecting a bank account, you:
You can disconnect your bank account at any time in the App's Settings screen. Disconnecting removes Afterall's ongoing access but does not delete previously retrieved transaction data from our records unless you delete your account.
Afterall is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are displayed in the App and in the applicable app store listing at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their billing terms apply.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or app store policy.

The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Clickspace Interactive Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at afterallbudgeting.com/privacy and within the App. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in that Policy.
You own your financial data. We use it solely to provide the App's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App integrates with third-party services including Flinks, Supabase, and Apple/Google app stores. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Clickspace Interactive Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clickspace Interactive Inc. from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

Afterall ("Afterall," "we," "us," or "our") is a personal budgeting application operated by Clickspace Interactive Inc., incorporated in Canada (the "Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Afterall mobile and/or web application (the "App").
Afterall is operated by a single founder and any contractors engaged under confidentiality obligations.
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the App, our website, customer support channels, and any connected financial data services (including Flinks). It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that Afterall links to but does not control.
